Throughout Thursday, April 13, and Friday, April 14, part of the AIKO team participated in the second Scaling Up workshop. After weeks of preparation and organization by the Administration team, we gathered at our Founder Gagarin Sepúlveda’s home. Under the guidance of Coach Tomás Edwards and accompanied by Tomás Urzúa, we reviewed the results of the Q1 planning and set goals for the upcoming Q2. The second day of participation, limited to management and administration members, focused on team management and cash handling topics.
Many thanks to the participants: Verena Scheel, Ximena Neira, and María José Obando from Administration; Alejandro Hidalgo and Luis Muñoz as representatives from various areas of Operations; Marcelo Balart in charge of Operational Excellence; Patricio Rodríguez from Contract and Logistics Management; Javiera Sepúlveda from the Corporate Communications area; Esteban Zambrano, Félix Urtubia, and Luciano Flores as representatives of Innovation and Development; Juan Carlos Ortiz and Gustavo Muñoz from the Commercial area; and our General Manager José Luis Riveros, along with our Founding Partner and host Gagarin Sepúlveda.
The work is not finished; what we have done during this workshop is just the beginning and a guide to organize ourselves over the next quarter. The growth process is long, and we must manage it in the best way possible to achieve our goals. Little by little, we hope that the distillation of the ideas discussed in the workshop will help us lead AIKO into the future.
AIKO is committed to change, which is demonstrated by the enthusiasm and dedication shown by the workshop participants throughout the various debates held during the event.
