AIKO®’s History
Aikologic Spa, also called AIKO®, was created in 2012 when its founders decided to venture into the mining industry in search of a market that would embrace the innovative processes they had in mind.
The first development opportunity presented itself in the area of geotechnics. AIKO® developed the KontrolG platform, the first geotechnical platform of its type in Chile, which displayed on a 3D map the information from the different mines’ geotechnical sensors. This allowed the integration of information into a single platform. The function performed by KontrolG was a great advance for its time.
Later, after several innovations and experiments, AIKO® developed Fuel Explorer®, the company’s current flagship product.

Founder & CEO
Gagarin Sepúlveda offers 40 years of experience in tech companies, including 14 years specifically at AIKO since its founding. He is an Electronic Engineer from UTFSM with an extensive track record in innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization.
Juan Carlos Ortiz
Commercial Director
Juan Carlos has a long and proven track record in sales and international business, having served as product manager, commercial manager, and CEO on multiple occasions. He is currently in charge of the commercial division at AIKO.
